Dear Magic,
I recently had my
car in for body work and was very impressed with the service and
help I received from Bobby. He was very cool, friendly, and straight
forward. He got right to the point but never made me feel rushed. I
really felt he was looking out for me, making sure I got what I
deserved as the customer. He made sure I was happy and did all he
could to make sure the job was done in a way I'd be satisfied with.
Bobby definitely deserves a raise in the near future and I will
definably be recommending him just as he was recommended to me.

Dear Management,
On
October 9, I
dropped of my 2005 Chevy Tahoe at your business for front-end
repair. I was immediately greeted at your front counter by Rosy. I
explained to her what had taken place and sought her assistance.
Immediately and with out having to have me wait, Rosy was able to
assist me with my vehicle and getting the appropriate paper work
started.
Shortly after
assisting me, Rosy introduced me to Jorge who was patient and
explained to me the estimation and auto repair process on my
vehicle.
I am writing this
letter to commend Rosie and Jorge for providing me with incredible
customer service. As a local consumer, it's good to know that
Classic Collision Repair has two employees that demonstrate zeal and
a positive attitude with your clients.

Dear Jeffrey and
Thorn,
I did pick up my
car yesterday. The rental car was returned (direct billed to
Hartford). I think the only remaining items is to get the
supplemental check to Jeffrey as soon as possible (Thorn, can you
please look into this and expedite for us?) and I really want to
take this opportunity to say "thank you" for all your help
throughout this process. Car problems are never pleasant and having
an accident layered on top of it makes it even more troublesome. I
truly appreciated your assistance especially when we came down to
the wire with time and people pressures. Your immediate response and
readiness to call on.
your respective
colleagues to get the job done was most appreciated. Though there
were "moments" that were frustrating, it did help me regain my
confidence when you stepped in and took the reins. I felt better
knowing that I wasn't just working with professionals but truly
people who cared and believed in servicing with excellence. Please
extend my sincere thanks to all your colleagues who were involved
and took the same level of interest to support me during this time
of need (i.e. Paul Aquino and Rosy Arriaga, Walter, Carlos). The
attention and care was greatly appreciated and will be remembered.
